Paper on ParaSail published in <Programming> journal V3.3; new release also available

We very recently published a long-ish article on the ParaSail programming language (ParaSail = Parallel Specification and Implementation Language) in the relatively new Journal on the Art, Science, and Engineering of Programming, Volume 3, Issue 3:
