Dr. Dobb's Journal presents its annual programming language issue.
What's a programmer without a programming language? In the March issue, we look at a bunch of them, ranging from Bistro (the best of Java and Smalltalk), Python, Prolog, Small-C, and more.
I'm putting it in the DG rather than on the front page because you must become a paying subscriber in order to access the content.

I so want to read the fostering little languages paper. It's a shame you can't just download it like you do with research papers...

From the little I heard the scope of both articles seems similar. I want to see how the authors chose to address the quite different target audience...
