Parts of this book, also referred to as 'CTM', were discussed
on Lambda a few months ago. It's finally available as a real
book, at MIT Press and on Web bookstores. There's also a
lot of material on the book's Web site, including everything
needed for teaching a rather atypical second-year course
in computer programming.
