Here is the article.

As it turns out (and is obvious once you think of it), full continuations are the model for re-entrance of personalised web pages. For example, if you are filling out a multi-page form, and at any time go back to one of the pages you already submitted, upon resubmission you effectively re-enter its continuation.

(Even if you are not into web design, this is a great example to use for teaching continuations, I think!)

P.S.: By the way, there is more than just the continuation thing in the paper, but that was what caught my fancy when reading it..

Incidentally, my old Netscape wouldn't display this unless I saved the file locally and gunzipped it on disk (in case anyone else seems the same error).
