I already asked this in the past, but it was quite a while ago. So, can anyone tell of any experience using EJB technology (and J2EE in gemeral). I am especially interested in systems that got into production status, but any experience stories would be very welcome.
Is it crucial to use the servlet/JSP/EJB MVC model. or are there any success stories in using EJB from thicker clients (not via browsers)?
Sorry if I sound stupid, but I only know this stuff from reading...
