From time to time I feel the need to remind myself and the LtU crowd that programming languages are first and foremost, well... languages.
I know some resist this point of view since it seems to distract attention from arcane technical details (normalization is more fun than expressiveness, right?), but I think the languistic angle is highly important.
So I encourage you to check these language related weblogs. Alas, I have yet to find a weblog dedicated to hard core lingustic research, that tries to cover the entire field in the way LtU tries to cover PL research.
