Special Topics in Domain Specific Languages (course)
An intriguing course at UAB.

Lecture slides are available, as well as a detailed list of required and optional readings.

I'd like to add this very interesting (to me) link : http://www.cse.ogi.edu/~sheard/cse506Sp2004/index.html (Design and Implementation of Domain Specific Languages, by Team Sheard), And this paper which has never been cited in LtU : http://conal.net/papers/Vertigo/ Programming Graphics Processors Functionally, by Conal Elliott

Off-topic --- how do I post things on the front page? I selected "(new topic)", and created a post at , but it didn't show up as a front-page post. It's there in the discussion-group index, but it seems to have been read about 1/40 as many times as the items that show up as front-page posts, and I think it would interest a lot of people. How do I make it show up there?

mail ehud and ask to become an editor. then you get a row of links at the top of the page - the "New" link posts to the front page (see faq for link to email ehud).

Only editor can post to the homepage. We sometimes promote items from the disucssion group, but sometimes we fail to do so, even when the item is worth it. Feel free to contact me if you think something should go on the homepage.

Other editors may agree to moderate postings emailed to them. But I'll let them decide if they want to do this.
