The final version of the
paper, as it was submitted to ILC2003 (International Lisp Conference,
NY) and presented there, is quite different from the previous effort discussed here previously. In particular, all
macros are different. All examples are different.
The macros are a real tour de force. The only thing in common between this and the previous version is the overall idea.
