Most work is on software engineering, not PLs?

How is it possible to increase software predictability without better programming languages???

Process

The language you use is only one aspect of the problem. At my employer, we've improved our predictability enormously by going to a better development process.

However, they use the term DSL, which makes them good guys as far as I am concerned...
