Oz has macros!

Some of you might be interested to learn that Oz got a basic macro facility.

A bit more information can be found in the mailing list.

Things to note

As the linked mailing list post points out, the current Oz macro facility is not officially supported (for example, you can get to the macro docs via a direct link, but the main Oz documentation page doesn't have a link to the macro docs), and may eventually be broken.

The more interesting part, as far as I am concerned, is the the folks at UCL are apparently working on a new macro facility. Specifically they have a student who has a limited macro system up and running. No clear info on when it will ultimately be made available to the public though.
