Probably just scammers

I doubt this is a virus. Probably it's an attempt to extract money from careless people who buy software after reading three sentences of marketing garbage from its author.

They got involved in a discussion here (mostly in German) and they try to sell it here for 16€ and here for $363. I doubt the software is worth the medium it is distributed on, if it exists at all.
