Proceedings available

The proceedings are available as IUCS TR600. Haven't looked at them yet: my prediction for the R6RS is that they will go for a Scheme48-like module system; I think it's almost certain that they will propose some syntax-cases facility, one thing, I wonder: Alan Bawden is on the committe, so I wonder if his ideas about first-class macros will have any traction?
