which program should I use? Visual Basic, C++ or Delphi

I have the choice between these 3 programs to write a program which calculates the average out of 5 numbers.
Please help me to evaluate these programs to find out which the best is.

Personally, I'd say a calculator or a spreadsheet would serve that purpose much better. But this is all wildly off topic for LtU.
