v2 ReCaptcha installed

There's now a working ReCaptcha v2 installed on the signup page.

Should help with the deluge of spam accounts we received after disabling the old one.

FYI: A train car isn't a car

I just completed the "I'm not a robot" for grins. It took me over 5 minutes. I guess I'd better go register for all of the sites I might be interested in because this will likely be the last generation of Captcha that I'll be smart enough to solve.
