Delay in posting

Accessing the site in Safari I'm seeing a very long (5s+) delay after pressing the post button with no visual feedback. It looks like no input has been recognised, but pressing post again results in a double post. Is anybody else seeing this behaviour?

Select your preferred way to display the comments and click "Save settings" to activate your changes.

Only happens in preview

Test comment to check it is the same if you don't preview the comment first.

Different for preview and post

If you click "post comment" on the initial page the delay is tiny (~100s of ms). But if you "Preview comment" first and then click post on the second page then the delay occurs. Perhaps there should be some kind of visual feedback on the button to show it has been clicked?
