I'm an associate professor in Computer Science at the University of Maryland, College Park, USA; I've been at Maryland since 2002. I received my Ph.D. at the University of Pennsylvania in 2001, and spent one year at Cornell as a post-doc from 2001-2002.

Programming language design and analysis, particularly as a means to build more reliable and secure software. Also interest in networks and distributed systems.
