Lambda the Ultimate

I developed an interest in programming languages while pursuing a Ph.D. in Mathematics at Indiana University, Bloomington. My dissertation studied the recurrence equations arising from divide-and-conquer algorithms and explored a link between those equations and wavelets.

I've been working in the actuarial field since 2005. I earned my Associate designation in the Society of Actuaries in in 2009.
