Warren Wilkinson graduated from the University of Calgary with a B.Sc in software engineering. Between university terms he created office software to support the many little, but important, tasks that let these office function efficiently.

When he completed his degree he founded FormLis.com, a software startup that packages the his earlier work experience into a form creator and wiki hybrid that lets others carry out the same tasks easily. FormLis, a product that simplifies knowledge tracking and intranet building needs of small to medium-sized businesses.
